I graduated from Widener University with my Masters in Social Work in December 2023 and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Kansas. ​

 

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and working with individuals to integrate trauma continues to inspire me. I enjoy holding the therapeutic space particularly with individuals in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and am passionate about exploring the intersection of sexual and mental wellness.

 

Like many of the people I work with, I move to the beat of my own drum and at the heart of my work is helping people find, and honor, their own beat. My practice blends evidence-based approaches with a deep respect for the unseen threads that shape our lives—what I often call the "magic" of transformation. It's the wonder woven into the ordinary and the mystery that often leads us back to ourselves. 

 

You can find me looking for magic in my own life— typically in my fun time playing Dungeons and Dragons with my chosen family and friends or through swing dancing. I even used to teach beginner classes.

 

And sometimes I find the magic through savoring rest. When I am resting, you can find me learning or simply enjoying my time watching a good T.V. show or listening to an audiobook.
