Andrea Ott LCPC, LCAC
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, License Clinical Addiction Counselor

I graduated with a Master's in Counseling Psycholocy from the University of Kansas in 2012, In 2015 I began working in the specialization of addictions. Now I hold a clinical licensure in both addictions and mental wellness.
I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, heard, and truly seen.
My therapeutic approach integrates person-centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy techniques, all within a mindfulness-informed framework.
Together, we will work toward reconnecting with the version of yourself you are striving to become. I believe that everyone has strengths—even if they may not feel that way right now.
My therapy style is pseudo-structured, meaning I bring both flexibility and consistency to our work. I show up as my authentic, quirky self, genuinely invested in your story and your growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m committed to shaping it in a way that best supports your needs and goals.
You can find me spending time outside, charting paths to waterfalls, and running 5Ks in my time outside the office. I also enjoy creating art.
