About the Event
Breathwork facilitator Abby Young, LSCSW, ACHT is joining Dr. Paul Rudy with Harmony Farm to welcome in the Summer Solstice. We are keeping this event small and personalized, allowing for only 6 spots.
The invitation is simple; open up to the potential of your breath to awaken your heart…your body…your true, authentic Self.
Logistics: We will start at 9am with a meditation in the Sun Temple and an introduction to the land. Paul will offer a guided council walk on the land before we enter the Sound Healing room to start the Conscious Connected Breathwork with sound immersion. If you have not done Breathwork before, it is common that the eyes are closed for most, or all, of the experience.
After the sound immersion Breathwork there will be opportunities for integration through optional acitivties, connection with others, and independently walking with Mother Earth on the trails and sacred spots at…
